Kurt Woerpel

Kurt Woerpel, MS, CPA, joined the Foundation in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. He has extensive business experience serving both start-up and established companies as CFO including twenty-eight years at Carden Jennings Publishing, ten years at ScholarOne (sold to Thomson Reuters) and five years at Potomac Supply Corporation. He has been a licensed CPA in Virginia since 1992 and received both his MS in Accounting and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
